Heritage Walk with College

On the occasion of Christmas our team has decided to take a group of faculty members to a heritage site in Delhi. Inheritance team want to give them all a chance to go for a study tour with Principal ma'am and all other teacher to give them a nostalgic feeling of school time picnics. Through our this module we tried to give an opportunity to look at the known Delhi monument – Qutb complex in a different way. The group was a mix of teacher’s from different departments and two students.

Focus of Heritage Walk – Qutb complex The main focus of this heritage tour/walk was to engage with the teachers to understand the value of heritage space, explore the Qutb site as a medieval settlement, looking at the architectural marvels of Delhi Sultanate period. We spend 2hours 30minutes inside the Qutb complex. Inheritance team always work on three major learning tools Dekho -to explore , Sunno- to listen and Mehsoos karo -to feel or oriented together to site. We did an interactive session with the group while having hot tea and mathari in the Delhi winter evening. Inheritance believe in connecting the dots theory with a little token of thanks to all the faculty members and students as souvenirs like measuring scales with chronology of Delhi Sultans and a bookmark with legendotes .
